Environmental Services Aide
Basic Purpose of the Job
To maintain the hospital and clinics in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. Cleans walls, lights, fixtures, and furniture in all assigned areas of the clinic and ancillary areas to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infection using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals. Cleans, extracts, and maintains floors, carpeting, to provide a suitable environment for the care of patients and for the work of staff and employees.
Minimum Education Requires the ability to read and follow instructions.
Minimum Work Experience Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred but not required.
Job Specifications
Requires heavy physical effort.
Part time 15-20 hours per week
